I just came across this in comp.os.vms ... these would make fine systems to
have NetBSD running. Don't all rush at once :-)

I've got 2 VAX 6620 systems available in St. Paul, MN. Each contains
dual Ethernet adapters, CIXCD, dual FDDI adapters, a bunch of memory
(384MB I think, and I'm not going to check). Both systems were working
until they were shut down last week. They include NO software licenses
- these were traded in on new Alphas. The vendor actually gave us
trade-in credit for the systems, but decided he didn't want the boxes
after all.

E-mail me if you're interested and let me know what they're worth to
you. For those of you not familiar with a VAX 6620, this is not a
desktop system. It's a honkin' large, heavy rack that uses a power cord
a couple of inches in diameter. It won't fit in the back of your pickup
- you'll need a loading-dock high truck to move it. They weight roughly
800 lbs or so.
