Subject: le0 not probed in current sources

I've confirmed that the vax port is indeed broken for then
VS3100/30.

A build of a GENERIC kernel from a sup yesterday (Mar 15, 2000)
does not probe le0 on the vs bus. This has been a problem for
at least two weeks.

Could someone intimate with the kernel code check into changes made
between 1.4T and 1.4U that would have affected this? Now that I've
FINALLY got everything built for a RELEASE, I can't make a working
kernel. *grumble*

FYI, the last working kernel I built was:

NetBSD 1.4S (PUTZVAX) #4: Thu Feb 24 07:40:47 PST 2000

Thus, the problem was committed sometime between Feb 24 and at
the latest March 10.

Thanks,
