On the NetBSD hardware documentation page

We have entries for vaxes like 4000 model xxx
and vaxes like model 4xxx.
(xxx=100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 600, 700, ...)

This are the same machines, or not ? Is there any difference between a 4300
& 4000 model 300 ?
