Nope. FILES-11 is what RSX and VMS uses, but different versions. VMS can
access both versions, though.
RT-11 has another format. But unless I'm mistaken, you should have the 4.3
sources somewhere, Ragge. Check out arff from there. I know I have it...
(Though not online now).
