I get the error message in the subject when trying to boot a TK50 tape i
made the following way:


dd if=boot.fs of=/dev/nrmt0



When I type "boot mka500" at the >>>  prompt on the console
the VS3100 m76 "boots" to the bootloader prompt.

it hangs without counting down at the "press any key to abort automatic
boot" prompt, displaying a 5. 

if i press a key i get to the > prompt. when i tell it 
"boot" it displays the message above.



What could be wrong here?
