port-vax: 2nd DELQA in uVAX 3500

I have installed a second DELQA in my uVAX 3500 but NetBSD 1.41 does not
see it!  When the system boots it does not show up.  I have set the dip
switches to what should be the second DELQA.

Any ideas why it does not work?
