I've got a couple of RF72 DSSI drives that I would like to hook
up to a KFQSA in a BA213 cabinet.  My first plan is to get them
plugged in.  However, they have the 5-pin power connector instead
of the more common 4-pin.  

1. Were there also BA213 and other cabinets that came standard
   with 5-pin power cables, or were adaptors/converters used?

2. Does anybody know where you can get 4-pin to 5-pin adaptors?
