The cable should be identical to the VT100 cable, except for the gender
of the DB25 connector. I used to just buy a whole pile of gender benders
and aply them when necessary. MMJ cables always (AFAIK) cross over the
necessary signals so that you should be able to plug it directly into a
DTE device.
