It seems for almost the last week the following has been an issue
in sys/arch/vax/vax/gencons.h

#include "opt_vax8600.h"

opt_vax8600.h doesn't exist anywhere in the sys tree.

The problem occurs as follows during a build:

making sure the kern library is up to date...
`libkern.a' is up to date.
