I got mine for $35.00 at Greybar.  Its not the world's best crimper but it
gets the job done.

I picked up some RJ12 and MMJ ends (stranded) in bags of 100 for around
$10/bag.

If you've already got an AMP crimper you can just buy the correct MMJ die
set.
