I've tried booting the CD image and it loads the boot loader and then
halts.

I've also tried netbooting (with several kernels).  I get the
bootloader, and the kernel seems to come over just fine.  At that point,
it hangs.  I see a bunch of @'s at the beginning of the line during the
kernel load. [I've not seen them in any documentation]

Is there any way to write the RZ23 Disk image to an RZ23 from VMS?
