Sorry this belongs to Micropolis drives :-( I am wrong, but I have the
docs for this drive anyway, jumper 14 is spin with power, and 38 is
spin delay,
14 38
out out Start by ID sequence
out in Wait for start command
in in/out Start when power is applied
I thought this was better :-)
in in start with no power applied
