	Perfectly normal, and expected, due to problems with SCSI support for the
3100 in the boot tape.

	You -might- be able to convince it to work with the following command.

	boot rom() netbsd.gz

	No guarantees, though. For now, your best bet may be to set up another box
(it can be Linux, NetBSD, FreeBSD, whatever) as a boot server, netboot the
3100, and then work the install.
