I seem to get them, somehow.  

Sup'd the latest source at about 1800 PST today (8-Dec-1999).
Tried to build a kernel.  Got a wierd error compiling kern_malloc.c;
CLBYTES undefined.  This turned out to come from a macro VM_KMEM_SIZE
defined in arch/vax/include/vmparam.h.  In EVERY other arch, this is
defined as (something*NBPG).  In vax, it's (something*CLBYTES). My guess
is that it needs to what it is everywhere else :-).  Anybody disagree?
