I'm trying to make an old uVax run NetBSD, so far no luck ...
The machine is a MicroVax 2000 with 6MB RAM. I'm using the kernel
from NetBSD-1.4.1/vax/installation/netboot. The netbooting itself
goes OK, but after the kernel is loaded it just hangs:

>> NetBSD/vax boot [May 7 1999 06:49:43] <<
>> Press any key to abort autoboot 0
> boot netbsd
Trying BOOTP
Using IP address: 192.168.0.4
myip: (192.168.0.4), mask: 255.255.255.0
root addr=192.168.0.3 path=/usr/vaxboot/root
617460+1118848+151900 total=0x1ccfd4

No output appears on other serial lines and the machine doesn't ping
(tcpdump doesn't show any traffic either). When halted, the console
is switched to 4800 baud.

This problem doesn't appear with the DMASCSI kernel, but since
it doesn't find the RD54 it isn't very useful to me. Also the
1.3.2 kernel booted fine, although it switched to console
to another port.

Any comments?
