This means that a packet was queued for sending, but that the DEQNA 
never signalled that it was actually transmitted. This normally 
means that the transmit logic stopped working. After 5 seconds it
is detected and then the DEQNA is resetted. It may be possible to
just restart the transmit, but for now I do a reset of the card.
