I'm using the boot.mop from NetBSD 1.4.1 trying to boot my
VS 4000/60. The VS4000 loaded the boot.mop just fine but
then fails to get the next stage.

It just stays there making me think the timer isn't working.

If I manually do a boot netbsd, the dhcp server does respond
but the VAX is oblivious to it.
