I have a InfoServer 150 (KA41-2 CPU, SCSI Harddisk, CD-ROM player) and
also 
a MicroVAX 3100 (m20 I believe). Main boards look alike, but aren't.

I tried booting NetBSD/vax on the IS150 but, it loads (with MOP) the
bootstraploader from the MOP server (NetBSD/i386 1.3.x). This works with
the MV3100 and the MVII. But the IS150 fails to execute the
bootstraploader.

I asked around (on this mailing list) and someone explained that the
IS150 is something strange. 

The OS on it, before I erased the harddisk, was something VMS alike, but
not quite, probably just like the IS150 is a mVAX alike, but not quite.
I have (at the moment) given up on it. (No, it is not for sale! ;-)
