What's necessary to get the mit-pthreads package supported under
NetBSD/vax?  In examining the package Makefile, I see that the sparc,
alpha, i386, and arm32 ports are listed as supported.  What needs to be
done in order to get the vax port functional?

(In the process of lying to the package just to get the source to unpack
for further investigation.)
