I just called Compaq to find out the prices on these systems. The
Vaxstation 4000 m96 with 64megs of ram, cdrom, 1gig harddisk and with
educational discount was $17,644. The MicroVAX 3100 with simillar setup
was $22,800. I didn't even bother asking about the VAX 4000.
