  Sounds like an MSCP-emulating controller.  Look for a "DQxxx" number on the
board; 90710 doesn't sound like a Dilog model number.  If VMS sees it as DUB,
then it's addressed as the second controller (the first would be DUA).  If I
recall correctly that'd be CSR address 0160334.
