Steve Hoffman describes how to break into a VMS system if you have
console access.  The information is in the info-vax FAQ.  You'll also find
it at http://symsys.com/~ingram/hardware/vax.html.  I followed Hoff's
procedure on my uVAX II and it worked as advertised.
