Yes, this binary works on multiple machines. It does NOT work on the VS
4000 VLC and i also tested on my VS 3100m76, no success. I use "VXT.SYS"
on my VXT 2000+ and "VXTEX.SYS" from the same binary set on the VS2K. I
think this also runs on VT1300. (Peter ?)

If you look into the binary, you see some machines, which are detected by
it. ASCII fragments in VXT021.SYS (or VXT.SYS) are:

VS2000
VT1300
VXT 2000
spx
spx+
mfb

So i think it should run on VS2000, VT1300 and VXT 2000 series machines
with mono, SPX and SPX+ framebuffers. VT1300 is a stripped VS 3100, so it
should run there also.
