Seems that the best way to deal with this would be to call the number
and tell the person that answers that something physically bad could
happen to him/her in the near future... :-)

Seriously, what should we do? The latest one seems to originate from a
server in Japan, so the blackhole against the ISP that the first spam
originated from doesn't seem to make any difference.

I don't know if the listserver that port-vax uses can do it, but to 
filter out all mail with erroneous headers would perhaps help.
