It's the opposite: The QDSS color board is supported but the QVSS mono
is not. However, I'm rewriting the Qbus code almost totally right now,
and because I lack a QDSS to test with the support for it may be somewhat
flakey until someone fixes it.

What should be done is probably:
- Separate the "dragon" support code from the QDSS driver.
- Make everything use wscons.
- Write glue code for the dragon on VS2000/3100 machines.
