The MicroVAX 3100 Model 80 is based on the Mariah CPU chipset (same as the
VAXstation 4000-60 and VAX 6000-500). It has 256KB onboard cache, has a LANCE
(AM 7990) ethernet and a 53C94 SCSI. It almost certainly uses parity memory (it
supports MS44 and MS44L memory modules).
