Ha! Now we're REALLY cooking with gas!
The 1.3.2 tape that Emanuel was kind enough to send me works just fine.
I'm all the way to edlabel now, so I'm going to shut down and install the
SCSI drives I've had set aside for this box for some time.
Once I do that, I will proceed with the installation. However, I will try
to use the sets from the 1.4 tape I got sent rather than those from 1.3.2.
Are there any pitfalls I need to be aware of in doing this?
Also, I hereby volunteer to help rewrite the installation FAQ if someone
will be kind enough to tell me how to get to edlabel and beyond from the
1.4 boot tape. ;-)
Thanks again to all! It's this kind of support that is so sorely lacking
in today's software industry.
