I'm in the process of compiling up the xsrc tree, but the vax Xserver
stuff is dying with an error.  The mono framebuffer file
/usr/xsrc/xc/programs/Xserver/hw/netbsd/vax/mono_io.c includes
<machine/qvioctl.h> on line 46.  This file is nowhere to be found.

I know the Xserver isn't fully supported on the vax yet, but I figured I
could at least get it compiled.
