I had EXACTLY the same problem on my Vaxstation 3100. I've backed down
to the 1.3.2 installer, but I download the 1.4 packages using ftp. It
works ok until my next problem:
Does anyone else have a problem when you 'fsck -f' a disk and the system
drops into the monitor and REBOOTS ? This is more than a little
annoying.
