EK-600EA-TM has good info about the XMI.
EK-XMIAD-HB has good info about the various adapters including the DEMNA and
the DWBUA.

I cannot find any reference to a technical manual for the 200/300/400 machines,
so you may have to do a bit of guess work there or just not turn on the cache
etc. (You may be able to implement the primary cache since that is on the CVAX
processor for 200/300 and on the Rigel chipset for the 400).
