And that means ESC-D as in ESC-shift-d or ctrl-[-shift-d for those of us
with less fancy terminals.  I'd been wondering for a while now what the
ddb key was.

I don't have 1.4 on my II yet, but I'll take a look at this when I get it
loaded.
