Ok,

the board has to be of the RQDXn (n=1,2,3).

The floppies will be RX50 (RQDX1)
 The RQDX2 you can use RX50 or RX33 (TEAC 55GFV 1.2mb)

The RQDX3 Early roms are essentially the same as RQDX2 in that
RX33 or RX50 are only ones known. Late roms allow RX23/24 (3.5" floppy)

All three support MFM hard disks as well.

  RQDX1	ST506(RD50), st412(RD51), st225(RD31), D540(rd52)

  RQDX2	ST506(RD50), st412(RD51), st225(RD31), D540(rd52), M1325(RD53)

  RQDX3	ST506(RD50), st412(RD51), st225(RD31), D540(rd52),
	M1325(RD53-71MB), Maxtor2190(RD54-159MB)

These drives are fairly common (RD53 and the RD54s)
