Hello there...

Never mind the previous (rather long) problem description. I found out that
the bootprogram WANTS to get the kernel from a root-filesystem. I exported / to
the client, and it booted (first the NetBSD/i386 residing there) and then, I
typed 'boot netbsd.ram' and it booted. Hurray.

However. I'd rather don't export the root directory. How can I fix this?

Greetings
Alex.
