Probably an Emulex UC08 SCSI controller.
It 'talks' (T)MSCP to the host, so the VAX thinks it's
an RA** drive or TK** tape unit. SHOW QBUS should give some
info..
Check the archives a bit. There were a few posts on calling the
on-board diagnostics/configuration tools on an UC07, which
is identical, except that it only has 1 SCSI port.
