Well, I have now (at last :-) fixed so that both the boot program and
the kernel can use both BOOTP/DHCP and BOOTPARAMS. I myself now only use
BOOTP, and it tends to work well. I will upload a 1.4_ALPHA snapshot
in a couple of days for testing.
