Hi

check jumpers (as you requested). If you count them from the side
with the connector starting (do not forget the one below the two EPROMS)
you have a 22 jumpers on there (M7559). I have no docu, but on mine the
following is working fine:
1-13 set
14-15 open
16 set 
17 open
18 set
19-22 open
