S-handles you should know, because you have a MV3500. Before the MVIII you
got the spare pcb only, "now" you get a "front" panel on every board,
somtimes with connectors.

As Ragge will mention later, it is an old AUI-BNC tranceiver. Half size of
a cigar box & grey. The DESQA has it on board + the AUI, (theses are a few
IC) & can do thick & thin ethernet. (via different jumper setting)
