Unfortunately, DECNET support won't help you with your DECserver.

DECNET is a openly documented protocol and has nothing to do with LAT. 
Other than perhaps the MOP booting and remote console code, there is
little DECNET on a LAT DECserver.  MOP might actually be considered
separate from DECNET, I can't recall.
