I'm attempting to create a bootable disk in my MicroVAX 3100/10. So far I
have made a copy of /usr/mdec/xxboot called sdboot and run disklabel -B.
I've also copied the latest snapshot kernel and boot files to the root of
the a partition.

When I boot from the disk (B DKA0) it appears to load the bootstrap
program (howto 0x0, bdev a2, booting...done. is displayed).

Then I get ">>NetBSD/vax boot [Dec 9 1998 20:19:36] <<" and a prompt.
However for all combinations of boot sd(0,0) or boot sd(0,0,0) or boot
sd(0,0,0)netbsd I just get a message saying "Unknown Error: code 42".

What am I doing wrong?

The disk is an RZ25 if that makes any difference.

Happy New Year,
RichardD
