I have a copy of Ultrix, except I don't have the actual install tape.  (I
have everything else, and my tape drive has eaten a tape, see below.)  I
have a copy of MicroVMS V4.2 on floppy, but all attempts to boot it have
failed.

I tried this and get the exact same error, at the same place
(PC =3D 000C0E0A) as well.

It booted VMS when I first got it over a year ago.  I removed a 9-track
tape controller board, and that seems to be when all the trouble
started...  now it won't even boot VMS off of the RD53.

My TK50 drive has actually eaten my diagnostic tape and refuses to let it
go irregardless of the number of times I unjam the bus or press the
load/unload button.  (It never did boot it.)

Maybe my VAX is just jealous of all the other DEC MIPS machines I have...=
