Today's hack:

I have just fixed support for the DWBUA (BI to Unibus adapter) and
KLESI-B (TMSCP tape controller in BI bus). I have only tested it
on KLESI-B, but it should work on DWBUA as well. The KLESI-B emulates
a DWBUA with KLESI-U on it :-)
