Don't use edlabel. Once you've got the machine netbooted, use

disklabel ra0 rd54
disklabel -B ra0

and the like. However, if you've already got the drive disklabeled, you
probably don't want to relabel it - you'd have to re-copy all of the important
files. If you've got a decent disklabel on it already, just do the

disklabel -B ra0

Make sure you've got the "boot" and "netbsd" files, because you won't need the
boot.mopformat (and it won't work) for a local boot.
