The M3104 card is the DZ-11, correct?  What is the max speed these serial
ports can run at?  

Here is another problem.  Why does edlabel always screw up?  Whenever I
try to run it from the netboot, it always halts the machine.  I've tried
to keep Continuing, but it halts after each instruction, incrementing PC,
until it eventual jumps to an instruction that apparently keeps jumping to
itself.

A novice was trying to fix a broken Lisp machine by turning the power
