A fast look into the 11/780 "Black Book" (Gee, how much junk have I 
saved the last 20 years? :-) shows that the console DLV11 should be
strapped for 300 baud from the factory. There are no strapping 
instructions for other speeds, but it's the straps FR1-FR3 that controls
the speed. I try to visualize them here:
