port-vax: Mop-boot from a 3600 to a 3100

I would like to mop boot a 3100 m38 from a uVAX 3600 that has NetBSD 1.3 on
it.  I do not want to upgrade the 3600 right now as it works fine for me
with the 1.3 revision.  So, the question I have is can I mop boot from the
3600 to the 3100 and which mop boot file should I use or does it matter?
