I got a 4000/vlc here, but i think the Dallas Chip (Real time clock) is
missing.
all i got after power up is a ?3c NVR WRTERR.

Please, someone with a 4000/vlc open the case and look ...

there must be in the middle of the board an IC with 24 pins. (the size of
an EPROM probably)

which type exact is it ?
