nowhere.

Problem is, that some cvs files are tainted with 4.3bsd stuff that is
nonpublic, and we can't simply throw those versions out as the "vendor
branches" are relavtive to 1.1, always.

It seems to be a non-trivial task to write a program that takes a list
of files and bad versions, and a tree of CVS files, and creates a new
CVS tree with dummy files (next good one on the branch, e.g.) in place
of the bad ones. At least, no attempt to try to do something like this
has ever finished.

So, the CVS tree is only accessible to registered developers internal
to the project.
