You can create the TU58 imagest by yourself:

Get the TK50 files. Split the second image in 512*512 byte files.
Write the files (including the first TK50 file) to TU58's and boot from
the tape containing the first TK50 file. 
Then proceed with installation as usual.

Note: I do not know whether or not this way of installation works on
11/750 anymore because it was many years since I tried it last time.
But it should `just work'.
