A minimal bootptab is

tigern:ha=08.00.2b.06.df.46:ip=129.241.210.105:gw=129.241.210.65: \
        sm=255.255.255.192:rp=/usr/local/tftpboot

Bootptab is only usable with the boot.mopformat from
ftp.nvg.ntnu.no:/pub/NetBSD/DEQNA/v1.2, and only until I can get
bootparams to work again.
