Not quite right, but the RD disks do not support bad blocks as 
noone seems to know how to implement the generic handling of
bad blocks that DEC has in their MSCP controllers. I have thought 
a little about fixing so that at least the standard BAD144 
bad block forwarding works, but haven't done it yet.
